Responsibilities:
- Developing social programs and awards systems to engage employees
- Guiding staff and management of company’s HR policies and regulations and suggest new HR strategies
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Understand business and work closely with all the stakeholders to make HR an enabler for business improvement and people development.
- Adherence to recruitment norms & policies. Offers and approvals in proper formats, Timely submission of trackers, timely payment to Vendors & referees.
- Taking care of Induction & smooth Onboarding formalities for all the new joiners across the region.
- Initiating and Conducting Employee Engagement activities on a regular basis.
- Provides intermediate level of customer support to employees and managers for complex Contact HR cases; escalates as necessary.
- Collaborate with human resources on issues and initiatives and may help develop strategies to address issues.
- Maintaining job description, careers, Quora and LinkedIn Page of the organization
- Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
- Addressing employee engagement gaps and build a strong employer brand & standardize the employee engagement calendar across the organization

- Responsible for planning, collating, tracking and adherence of event calendar
- Be responsible in building the entire playbook of how to build scalable conversational models to capture pulse of employees in a personalized and scalable manner
- Design the conversations including questions and answers that would help engage with the clients in a very succinct, clear and unbiased way in order to collect feedback based on different drivers and events.
- Work closely with the analytics team to understand the results and effectiveness of the conversations and improve accordingly.
- Speak regularly with employees to understand the employees’ journey and experience to help build better conversations.
- Execute and send regular conversations to employees and build insights out of the feedback.
Who are we looking for:
- You should have minimum 3 years’ experience in HR/ people function roles focussed on employee engagement.
