We do have the provisions for incorporating the change requests of business stakeholders, you just need to pass the change requests to the PMs and will ensure that this got covered in the minimum possible efforts.

However, for quality assurance purposes we usually build automated scripts as per the use cases and ensure to run those scripts on the live code once a month or whenever initiating a new release, not only this, we do have manual testers that ensure all the test cases are being executed once a month.
