  • With a strong network of local vendors and suppliers who help the company offer fresh and high-quality products to its customers, FnP has become a trusted household name in a short span. 
  • The company has received several awards and recognitions for its services, including the ‘Best E-commerce Website Award’ at the Indian e-Retail Awards 2013 and the ‘Best Florist Award’ at the Indian Retail Awards 2015, adding multiple feathers to its cap.

The client was in the process of revamping its back-office portals when issues related to promotion engine module were faced. The client was looking to bind up the promotion engine microservices in their own back-office module and perform CRUD operations on the generated coupons.  


  • The client was in the middle of revamping its back-office portals. 
  • Issues were being faced in the module related to the promotion engine. 
  • The client wanted to bind up the promotion engine microservices in their own back-office module. 
  • The client was further seeking the flexibility to perform CRUD operations right away on the coupon that has been generated in the website space. 
  • However, the client faced time crunch as the festive season was approaching, which meant higher engagement as more coupons would be created and redeemed. 
  • Client wanted to partner with the redemption providers as well, enabling users to redeem a coupon on some other platform. 

Our Approach

  • Big Oh Tech came to the rescue of FnP and designed all the possible pNc for the coupon code management. 
  • We created a provision for generating a coupon and CRUD operation to be performed on the web. 
  • After Big Oh’s intervention, the unit test and code coverage score for the platform developed was more than 98 %, with 0 (zero) warning and errors on the linting tools. 
  • Big Oh developed both the front-end and back-end related modules in less than 2 months.  
  • Client partnered with various third parties such as payment provider and banking partners as well. 


  • With Big Oh and FnP’s constant efforts, the web got launched within 2 months. 
  • We worked effectively in a cross-functional environment and managed well with the other teams. 
  • Customer revenue stream got increased by 2x within 1 (one) season of higher engagement. 
  • Banking with other partners turned out to be a great initiative as this went lucrative for the customers and helped them to extend client partnership with other banking partners.
